Theresa at The Emily

As a driving force behind The Emily, UVic's grass-roots women's newspaper, Theresa wrote and published many articles and maintained a feminist student perspective on many UVic, local and national events.

Her impact on volunteers and co-workers extend beyond her commitment to feminist publishing, ensuring that late production nights were always fun, that the paper confronted important issues, and maintained both a critical perspective and a sense of humour. Theresa established a high standard of quality that continued to guide the paper after she left.
