Dear John,

First of all let me express sincerest condolences to your family. My name is Christopher Collison, and I went to first year law with Theresa. She is an exceptional woman. I love her dearly.

We also went to the Aboriginal Camp together. We were "Buddies," and we had a great time. Please let Kit know that he is in my prayers, and that I am so sorry that I cannot be in Victoria for the services.

I am just rambling right now; it came as a shock and I cannot express in words how devastated I am. Theresa and I became fast friends. She is just that kind of a person. We had many discussions together. She once told me that it was because of me she decided to go to law school. I think she was impressed that I could be so dedicated to a goal. I am not too sure, and I am humbled by her.
