As one of Theresa's classmates, I would like reiterate what you will hear from all of us - Theresa was truly a bright spark at the law school, and was loved and admired by all. I had a chance to get to know Theresa better during our second term legal process course, which was focused on aboriginal issues. She really shone during this exercise, displaying intelligence, quick wit, and a great sense of humour. I had the feeling that whatever Theresa decided to do, she would be fantastic at. You must be enormously proud of what an outstanding young woman Theresa was.

For a year we were warmed by Theresa's beautiful smile, inspired by her clear sense of self and commitment to her values, and uplifted by her love of life. As I write this I am profoundly sad that I knew her for such a short time, but feel fortunate to have known her at all.
